Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato, cooked [1.5 cups]
6 c cooked chickpeas
1/2 c white miso
1/2-1 cup of diced bell pepper
2 cup red onion, diced
3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
3 flax or chia
1-2 c Breadcrumb
1.5 tsp cumin
1 tsp italian seasoning blend herbs
1/2 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions:
Food process all items until doughy, roll into patties, and bake at 370 degrees.
